The keys to your data
On the lot, every key has an owner and a hook of its own. The same goes for whatever reaches Floripa Veículos from people who browse this site or get in touch, set out here as seven hooks and written to meet Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
HOOK 1Who hangs the keys up
Decisions about the data handled at this address are taken by Floripa Comercio de Veiculos LTDA, trading as Floripa Veículos, CNPJ 25.015.011/0001-76, located at Rod. João Gualberto Soares, 516, Ingleses do Rio Vermelho, Florianópolis, SC, 88058-300, Brazil.
Registered phone: +55 (48) 9868-6767. Email: contato@oneslowerbreakfast.com.
HOOK 2What ends up on the board
Nobody has to say who they are to read these pages: there is nothing to fill in, no password and no sign-up box.
Two doors still let information in:
- When you write or phone, we keep only what you choose to mention. That tends to be your name, the inbox or mobile the message came from, and the car in question, wanted or offered.
- A car's paperwork (a copy of its registration certificate, an inspection report the owner already has) only changes hands once a real deal gets going, and never through this site.
- The company the site is hosted with keeps an automatic diary of visits (the visitor's IP number, time of the visit, browser used, address opened) so the address stays up and safe from attacks.
HOOK 3What each piece is for, and who else handles it
Anything you send is used to reply, set up a visit to the lot, talk through a purchase, a consignment or a brokered deal and, should business follow, meet tax and contract duties. The legal grounds are steps taken ahead of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for the server diary, the company's legitimate interest in a site that stays up.
Floripa Veículos never sells or rents out contact lists. Data only leaves us for parties involved in the service you asked for (the accounting office, a vehicle paperwork agent or the other side of a deal you approved), for the companies that keep the site and the mailbox online, and for public authorities that demand it on legal grounds.
HOOK 4Browsing traces and outside addresses
These pages set no cookies of our own and carry no advertising pixels or analytics tools. The lettering on these pages is fetched from Google Fonts: on loading, your browser asks Google's servers for those files, and Google deals with that request under the privacy terms it publishes.
Links that lead elsewhere (email, phone, the ANPD website) take you to services with rules of their own, which apply from the moment you land there.
HOOK 5How long it stays on the wall, and the lock that guards it
Messages from people who did not go ahead with a deal are deleted once the conversation is over and there is no reason left to keep them. Purchase, sale and consignment paperwork stays on file while Brazilian tax and civil rules say it must. The provider's technical logs follow its own schedule and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
Mailboxes and files are open only to the people who answer customers, behind passwords, and the site is delivered over encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. No safeguard is perfect; if a breach ever puts someone at real risk, we will notify those people and the ANPD.
HOOK 6What a data subject can demand
If any detail of yours has passed through here, you are entitled to know about it and to change it, free of charge and without giving reasons. What the law lets you ask for:
- to learn whether we hold something of yours, and get a copy;
- to fix whatever is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
- to have leftovers we no longer need anonymised, set aside or thrown out;
- to carry your data over to another supplier;
- to find out who it was passed on to;
- to take back a permission given earlier, and see what relied on it disappear.
Just write to contato@oneslowerbreakfast.com saying what you need. The route is short:
- your request lands in the inbox and you get a note saying it arrived;
- if needed, we ask something that shows the data really is yours;
- the full answer goes out within 15 business days.
Unhappy with what came back? You can turn to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority through its portal, gov.br/anpd.
HOOK 7Who answers, and when the board changes
Whoever runs Floripa Veículos also acts as the person answering for personal data under the LGPD (the encarregado), and takes requests at the usual address, contato@oneslowerbreakfast.com.
Whenever something on this page changes, the new wording replaces the old one right here, with the date in the footer. Current wording since November 2026.
