A lot keeps a folder for every car. This is the folder for your visit, and it is a thin one.
These pages hold no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes. We do not ask for your name, and nothing you read here is tied to who you are.
Pages reach your screen by way of Cloudflare, whose servers jot down brief request records (a network address, a clock time, the page fetched), chiefly for speed and protection. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives a basic request from your browser when a page opens. We place no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts on these pages. Each of those providers handles what it receives under its own policy.
The company keeping this notebook is Brazilian, so personal data connected to it falls under Law 13.709/2018, the LGPD. You may ask whether we hold anything about you, request a copy, ask for a correction or deletion, or object to a use. Write to contato@oneslowerbreakfast.com; a reply goes out inside 15 business days. Unhappy with our answer? Brazil's data authority, the ANPD, also hears such complaints.
The entries are general writing about habits, offered as they are. Use your own judgment, keep your doctor in the loop, and do not copy the text elsewhere without asking us. We may revise any page, and the cover will note substantial changes.
